Everyone who has entered the Compass Sport Cup event at Hare Wood Forest will receive by tomorrow full details of the event. This will include directions, course lengths, competition rules and scoring system plus full details of all WIM runners on each course including everone's start times. Please check your own details very carefully and let me know as soon as possible of any inaccuracies. Control descriptions should be on the web nearer the date of the competition. 50 club members have entered of which 46 are running competitively.
May I also remind everyone the we propose to hold an Extra-Ordinary General meeting at the event in the Club tent at 1.30pm to approve the new draft constitution.
