The three of us ran as non counting extras at the Compass Sport Final at Greenham Common today
A very different Greenham Common from the 70's and 80's when I remember it well as being forever on the TV for all the wrong reasons
Excellent day - very fast courses ranging from woodland, industrial estate and open heathland and then repeat several times - rather brain aching let alone feeling as though you were about to die half way round because it was so fast
Courses run in 4min a km and races being won by 2 sec - so very high quality running with most of the GB runners there running for their clubs
Sarum won the small clubs and OD the large clubs - Sarum seem to think that it may be their last year in small clubs!!!
Overall a fantastic day
