The first WIM Mountain Bike event - Moors Valley 23rd June

The provisional results are now posted. We will adjust the times to take account of the road crossings and publish the official results in due course.

Unfortunately, the SI Score event software doesn't have the facility to do this automatically, so we have to do it by inspection, which will take a few hours to complete, once the computer team has had a rest and a cup of tea etc!

Wearing my Chairman's hat, congratulations to Trevor Bridle for masterminding the event and thanks to to Peter Fale, Madeleine Bridle and all the other WIM helpers for enabling the event to run so smoothly.

I'd just like to say how much I enjoyed today's event. It was great fun. Many thanks indeed to all those involved in its planning, organisation and execution.

P.S. I just managed to escape in the car before the downpour!

Cris Tween has spent a wet Sunday recalculating the Long course results to allow for the road crossings by subtracting the time between legs 134-135 & then 135-134.

One or two people have also lost some or all of the time penalties they accrued for being late. This has resulted in a few positional changes.

Unfortunately gremlins removed the age classes and part of the time from the results Cris sent me - I've now edited them (Monday morning) so the corrected final results are now available on the website.
