One or two points which you may need to know which aren't necessarily in the final details.
a) The loos may be open after 5.30 but best not to count on it
b) Likewise the barrier goes up sometime between 6.00 & 6.30, so any parents wanting to leave before then had best get their ticket validated at the Visitor Centre before 5.30.
c) The big blue WIM tent was damaged in the gale at the British Relays on Sunday and can't be mended in time for Friday- we are hoping to borrow the WSX tent, but it may just be cars for registration & computing.
d) We are using for the first time the new (red) SI boxes which we have bought for the schools kits with the aid of a Lottery grant. They will be mounted on white plastic electric fence posts - on the side of the post, not on the top. These boxes have numbers on them which are quite large, but not as large as those on our older aluminium stakes. There will be no number on the stake itself.
Please can I remind Blandford to bring the Schools League Shield with them so we can present it to Burgate at the prize-giving.
