For those level 2 coaches who require a current 'First Aid Certificate' under the new Licence to Practice Structure adopted by the British Orienteering Federation the Red Cross is to run a 4 hour course on Saturday 17 March 2007. This will be held at Canford School and start at 10am, coffee being served from 9.45am, and finish at 2.30pm with lunch being taken at 12o'clock. The course is now fully subscribed with 13 coaches having indicated that they will attend. SWOA will pay 50% of the costs of this course and WIM will pay the other 50% for their members taking part. With the WSX/WIM dinner on the Friday evening, First Aid Course on the Saturday and the Compass Sport Cup on the Sunday this is going to be a very busy weekend.
