WESSEX/WIMBORNE DINNER DANCE
We have now rescheduled the above event for Friday 16th March. We have chosen a totally new venue so we are now going to the Hotel Collingwood at the top of Priory Road in Bournemouth (the steep road up behind the BIC). There is car parking on site.
On a Friday evening they provide a 5 course meal with music for dancing afterwards for £16.95 per head. There is no need to pre-book menu choices and they cater for vegetarians. The menu generally gives a choice of 3 or 4 starters followed by soup, a choice of several main courses, desserts and coffee. You can view the hotel at

The hotel needs to know numbers by Friday 9th March. We really hope to see lots of Wessex and Wimborne members at this event. As Kay and I are away skiing for a week Rob Hick has kindly agreed to be the focus for reservations.

We have to pay a deposit for the evening but, in view of the short time available, I will not be collecting a deposit from members expressing a wish to attend. However, once you have indicated that you are coming you are making a commitment so you will be expected to pay.
For those of you who have already paid I will refund the difference on the night in cash. For all others you can pay on the night but the hotel would prefer if we paid together so cash would be preferable so I can collect it during the course of the evening. I look forward to seeing lots of you for a really enjoyable evening.
