Message received from Gavin - all are welcome to join in their training sessions.
Light evenings are with us once more (soon be Christmas!). To make the most of the daylight our Tuesday training session will not only be ‘off road’ but now from our new facility at Bournemouth Sports Club. If you are not sure where this is then follow this link: http://www.bournemouthsportsclub.co.uk/
Changing and showers are available (bar afterwards!). The run will start at 6.00pm from the main car park. Could you circulate this to anyone you think might be interested.

An update: We have changed the start time for the training runs to 6.30 to let the traffic subside a little. Do join us for a sociable run in the local forests, showers and bar afterwards. Regards, Gavin
